LUKE - Natural Resources Institute Finland

Natural Resources Institute Finland promotes bioeconomy and sustainable use of natural resources. Researchers and specialists working in Luke provide new solutions towards the sustainable development of the Finnish bioeconomy and the promotion of new biobased businesses.

 

SYKLI - Environmental School of Finland

Training insitute for adults working in environmenal sector. SYKLI is actively involved in development and implementing of national and international projects. These projects help to develop new tools, products, business models, and competences, in cooperation with partners. SYKLI utilize and apply the results of projects in training courses. SYKLI has extensive experience in both national and international project work: they have acted as coordinator or partner in a number of development projects.

 

LUVY - The Association for Water and Environment of Western Uusimaa

The Association for Water and Environment of Western Uusimaa (Länsi-Uudenmaan vesi ja ympäristö ry, LUVY) aims to promote water conservation, environmental protection and environmental health. Association’s activities cover both common non-profit and business operations. The main working field consists of promoting the state of inland water bodies, coastal areas and ground water. LUVY has a long experience in ground water surveillance, waste water monitoring as well as large scale of environmental services such as projects and consulting. Non-profit activities include e.g. environmental counseling and statements.

 

Novago - Novago Business Development

Novago helps people who are planning to become entrepreneurs or are already self-employed. We provide advice on setting up and developing your business, on dealing with the intricacies of internationalisation and financing, and in the case of unexpected challenges. We can also assist at the time of buying or selling a business, or in relation to a generational change. Novago Business Development Ltd is jointly owned by five municipalities in western Uusimaa: Hanko, Inkoo, Lohja, Raseborg and Siuntio.

 

TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology

Tallinn University of Technology, the only technological university in Estonia, is the flagship of Estonian engineering and technology education. Here the synergy between different fields (technological, natural, exact, economic and health sciences) is created and new ideas are born.

VillageWaters Project
VillageWaters suggest most effective wastewater treatment solutions in scattered dwellings households, which use their own, independently operated water purification systems.

Helping Homeowners
Environmentally oriented families and homeowners, who live in scattered dwellings areas, where connecting to larger wastewater plants is not option because rural distances.
